I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University. I graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. Additionally, I worked as a software engineer in the finance industry for three years.
My broad research interest is utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence to develop tools for learning analytics in game-based learning. I am particularly interested in analyzing and developing methods to provide adaptive support for students’ self-regulatory processes, such as student goal setting and planning.
